Mauro Mosconi è is a part-time assistant professor at the University of Pavia (Italy), a usability professional and a web designer.
He received the Dr. Eng. (Master) degree (cum laude) in Electronic Engineering and the Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering. His research activity, by the Computer and Systems Engineering Department (DIS) of the University of Pavia, is mainly focused on human-computer interaction.
He is teaching courses of "Human-computer interaction" in the Faculty of Engineering and in joint faculties. He holds the course in "Web design" at the European School of Advanced Studies in Media Science and Technologies.
He created, in february 1995, one of the very first Web Agencies in Italy. Now he runs a new agency, MAUI Lab, specialized in web design, usability and formation.
He lives in Soresina, 70 Km far from Milan.
He is married to Maria Teresa, and they have three children.
